Who am I? I’m English but my parents are from other parts of Europe. I’m a wife and mother but one of my kids is now grown up and the other getting there quickly. I’m a Christian, a follower of Jesus Christ (is it the same, not sure?) and a member of the Church of England. I go to a large and lively church which is quite a big part of my life and I do a lot of cooking for the church (and at home).  I was an artist but stopped doing art for quite a long time. I’ve recently started again. For the last 25 years I’ve earned a living as a technical IT specialist: working with Oracle Applications which will mean nothing to most people and a lot to a few people. Recently I’ve taken quite a long break from working which has given me a chance to do other things like write this blog.
